Lauréate de la prestigieuse Villa Albertine, isabelle olivier compose un ciné-concert sur des films muets des femmes Pionnières du cinéma issue des minorités raciales.
Elle présentera pour une première mondiale un film réalisé par Madeline Brandeis qui vient d’être digitalisé par la Compagnie Métamorphose en collaboration avec la Library of Congress de Washington, un film de l’Ukrainienne-Américaine Maya Deyern, un film très en avance sur son temps d’Alice Guy, un film d’animation de Lotte Reiniger et un film de la réalisatrice ethnologue noire Américaine Zora Neale Hurston. Ces films d’autrefois ont des résonnances contemporaines sur les thèmes du sexisme, du racisme, du surréalisme, de l’universalisme.
La création musicale permettra aux musiciens de jouer un jazz ouvert à toutes les influences. Vous verrez également des jeunes adolescents de Longjumeau parler de la diversité grâce à la résidence territoriale qu’effectue la Compagnie Métamorphose depuis septembre 2022 au Théâtre de Longjumeau.
